I admire your decision to exercise. I wish I had the same resolution. As you know, it's hard to find the energy to exercise when one's life is busy.
Have you been watching the Idol? That show is a train wreck. I heard that Paula and Simon went on a DATE. Ew! Ew! She is old and shriveled and poorly dressed and looks like a monkey. The prospect of their coupledom makes me feel both offended and nauseated.
